I had placed an order with them for some cookware on 5th july. the order never reached me. when I called their customer care exec they told me the order is in nearby Gati office. that was last week (10 days ago). when I called up again day before, they still told me the same thing and said "really sorry" maam as has been taught to them, and promised me to get the order within 1 day or ATLEAST call and let me know the status.
Of course no communication came in from there after that.
If an online portal does not have a strong customer service, it really is not worth wasting time and effort on it.
The customer care executives just do not know how to solve any issues and there is no come back even when they promise to call back with details.
