I thought naaptol is a trusted and good company and sells their products of only their own and wont sell anything of LOW QUALITY.
I’m really disappointed and lost trust in NAAPTOL.as NAAPTOL is selling lots of LOW QUALITY ITEMS IN HIGHER PRICE
Bought a MINI SWEING MACHINE FROM NAAPTOL by seeing their mouth watering Ads and presentation.
They even added beauty to the ad by announcing lots of GIFTS.
They sent to me a LOW QUALITY MADE SEWING MACHINE which lasted for very short time.Its because its NOT a REAL product of Naaptol and they are things which are available in market at low cost.
Problems
1- NEVER EVER BUY NAAPTOL PRODUCTS BY SEEING THE TRICKY OFFERS OF ONLY’X’ NUMBER OF PRODUCT LEFT ADVERTISEMENT on TV, sad that I got cheated .
2- The cost shown on TV+ a 200-400 rupees will be the REAL COST.
3- QUALITY OF PRODUCTS IS very very LOW
4-Will take a min of 8 days to deliver product.
5- Unsatisfactory Customer Service.
6- Better not to trust the Bumber offers and Big Big offers they announce on TV.
7- Before buying a product make sure you research well
8- Tampered Delivery box
