I am buying online for last many years, not just from India even from other countries including Europe and US. With Naaotol.com I had the worst experience in my shopping till today. First they inform the product will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days which is complete lie. They do not ship even after 5 business days. Call their customer service, they not just pathetic they are just horrible. I guess because of the CSRs only all CSRs are getting bad name.
They do not know English and the manners to talk to the customer. They screamed at me when requested for refund. They give one information in their site and unable to keep their commitments. Writing e-mail to the customer service or even to the CEO is just waste of time as they do not even have any curtsey at all.
It is just horrible experience.
