Recently I bought a t-shirt from naaptol.com. I received the delivery after a long-time, it was cash on delivery, I preferred this option because somehow I was not happy with the reviews I read. When I received the t-shirt it was not what I had ordered, it was synthetic material, print was blur and had a white cloth patch stitched on 1 side. none of this was mentioned on website.
Like any other consumer I called customer care, they said "we don’t provide guarantee on t-shirts, we will not give you a replacement and we don’t write everything on our website".
I have lost money and trust with these guys.
