Bad experience with napptol.com

Hello everyone I would like share my personal experience about naaptol.com I have bought hair cutter to this website and I have paid for the product we have most expected to the product what we have received damaged product and it seems like already someone used as we have contact the customer support and regarding damage so they have said to me we have sent good quality product and as we have sent the product there is no option to return a refund I am really not expected I have requested many times the representative but they not needful for me now it is use and throw product in my home since now that is most of the people trust for eCommerce site and hope any problem they have help. But the Naaptol providing bad service they have deliver the product more than 10 days buy the website shows deliver the product 4-5 days. That’s why I am telling please thing to place the orders good shopping market I have crashed the TV Advertisement but they have full me
