Refund not given back by NAAPTOL.com even when Pdkt is returned since last 3 months


I had asked for a MP3 player for car making it very clear that I have an Alto car on the phone while pacing the order itself.


Even the representative promised me that the product is universally fitting in all cars


So I ordered it got on 3-1.11. My order number was 1204292.


When I took it to a car accessories fitter; to my horror neither the speakers nor the MP3 player were at all fitting in to my car slots.


So I called back and I was advised to give in writing about the complaint and for refund of money.


I immediately wrote back and sent the parcel on 10-1-11.


Despite several reminders, calls, I have not yet received the money back.since last three months.


It clearly means that they are cheating people by making false promise for their increase in sales.
