India we call it loot company.i ordered there anti insect plug by seeing a TV ad. In 1200 Rs.but it does not work at all.
When I contacted them with complaint they replaced it with another non functioning one.
Now whenever I contact them for solution every time they keep me on hold for 10 minutes and then reply that concern person is not available.
They promise to call back but never calls Bach. I have concluded that I have donated 1200 Rs to this cheater company.Guys throw your money in dustbin but never use naaptol.
