I had ordered from online vide order no 4115051, product is quick heal antivirus. It was my wrong decision to buy from naaptol. I had made the payment on same day of order that is on 03.06.2012 and for my surprise I write a request from their website to asking cause of delay but no reply so finally I called up customer care on 9223526148 and had word with Mr. Sanket. He had given out of the world reply that I will get my product soon and delay because your address is not verified by the courier company. When i asked us to send me this information in email he refuse so. Aramax is very much known to my place and they said no its not. They are the cheaters, they are not professionals.
If you place order to some other online shop, it hardly take 4 working days to get your product. I did on letsbuy.com they made it in 4 days. For same product naaptol is taking ages. Don’t buy from them.
