Fraud online site with local quality products and

I have ordered 2 Body Cover For All Bike Black Color (Black) from Naaptol on 27th Jun’13 and I received the product on 7th July. I was surprised to see that the body covers are of local quality and not the branded one(as mentioned on the site). I immediately launched complaint regarding this.


One of your executive called me on 8th Jul’12 and provided me a number 9220005000 and told me to launch the complain again. I again did the same, my complaint number is 473050.


From 8th Jul’13 I am continuously calling Naaptol customer care but the issue has not been resolved. Their customer care has provided me numbers of Blue dart (2291561 / 2291562) which are always busy.


This clearly means that Naaptol does not want to attend my issues which clearly shows that they are interested in cheating their customers rather then resolving their issues.


So if you are lucky, you will get a good product otherwise you will get a defective product or local quality product and you have to bear with that because Naaptol will not help you to get your returns in case of defective product.


I am very much dissapointed with Naaptol and will never suggest my friends to shop from this site.
