Nafaasat is a multi cuisine restaurant, located at near shalimar chauraha, indira nagar Lucknow.
Exactly near my home, I know very well this restaurant.
Nafasat restaurant was opened in 2015 or 2016. but it doesn’t became popular or successful or it doesn’t succeceded here. That’s why nafaasat shifted some where else. And now ’THE DINNER’ is replaced by NAFAASAT.
Nafaasat is very famous restaurant among public of Lucknow and has many branches in Lucknow.
It is a multi cuisine restaurant, for example - north indian, Chinese etc. When Nafaasat was here, we use to visit here regularly because it was just near at my home.i often visit here for eating chaat batasha, and golgappas but their food was not so up to the mark, and they some time did not provide fresh food.
And they provide all food very costly. Like I ordered once golgappas, and chaat.all were cost like 150 to 200. And some times I ordered food at my home, through free home delivery policy, so once I ordered ’sambhar daal’ ( south Indian dish) that was really horrible, it doesn’t taste well and also it was not fresh and they packed food in unhygienic way.
Presentation of food in inside restaurant was good and in very well managed everything but my experience was alll over bad with Nafaasat. Ambience of restaurant was not so good because whenever I visit there, there were no rush or no active movement inside the restaurant and also doesn’t feel happ happy inside the restaurant.
Customer service was below average they were lasy always.
At last I will say it was costly.
