I have been thinking of writing this review about Nagappa Foundation, Pattunoolchathiram, in Sriperumbudur. I have never seen such a big fraud in the whole of India in the field of Real Estate business. The owner of Nagappa Foundation is one Mr. Jai alias Jalapathy. He has got an office in Sriperumbudur, where has got many lady staff . Using these ladies only he traps the clients. The staff also knows about this cheating. But since they get their share they also participate in this crime. His phone number is 960007xxxx. We also happened to fall prey to his
cheating unfortunately. I am writing this so that the others can escape from his trap.His modus operandi is as follows.
Firstly, he will trap the clients with the help of the lady staff. They sweet talk us into committing land purchase. Then only Jai comes into the field. Mainly he shows us lands acquired by the Government. The sellers will give him high commission for releasing from the burden of an acquired property since it takes many years from the government to settle the amount and that too the compensation paid for the plot is too low. He trapped us into buying 2 such properties and even 2 years since we purchased it, the compensation has not been given by the govt. WHen we bought the land we did not know it was acquired land.
Another way of cheating is that he will show us some land which has no road approach and he will show nearby empty plots and tell us that it is the road, and give its documents. Whereas the actual plot will be kms away from this.He will even measure the plot and lay stones for the boundary and take advance from us, saying if we miss this chance, since the owner is in urgent need of money and take amount like Rs. 50, 000 to 5 lakhs. We also will believe the way he present things and give the advance. But when the fixed date for registration comes, he will say lame excuse and lies like the owner of the plot is ill or his wife is in hospital, because he does not even know the actual owner of the plot. And he takes that advance money for himself. Like this he has cheated hundreds of people and there are many Police Cases registered against him. His office had been closed temporarily but now he has opened it again and started the same cheating business thinking that people has forgotten about all this.
I was thinking that the only revenge I can do to him is by writing review in mouthshut so that the whole world knows about cheating of this cruel man.
I hope no one else fall into his trap in future.
