The hotel is situated in Mid of Ludhiana on Ferozpur Road just opp to Park Plaza. Huge parking place is available outside the hotel, Valet services are available for parking. The reception is place is good along with the good number of sofas are situated to sit.
The customer service is just awesome, I would recommend if there should be two persons in the reception to register at night. The rooms are just awesome, services are good and the most thing is the complimentary breakfast quality is good.
