Nainital bank is not so popular bank of india. Its main branch is located in Nainital, the service provider by the bank is not enough. It have limited atms and bank branch spread in limited area. The atms always show out off money or not working. It even doesn’t have any aap for the customer service. The net banking can be done through other aaps but the bank don’t provide any service. The customer help line number never work properly for any quary and help. Its atm dont work in other bank atms and the service provider by the bank is too low for the customer.
Their is no aap for the phone banking. This bank didn’t provide Phone banking and the process of every transaction is slow. The bank need to improve many things for the satisfaction of customer like more bank branchs, more atms 24/7 customer service help line and fast processing. And the most important thing is to build an aap for phone banking and other stuff.
