Nainital is one of the coolest summer destination in india.
The word ’Nainital’ has come from Naini devi temple of that place.
’Tal’ means lake.The city is called ’city of lake’.
I had gone atleast 10 hill stations before nainital.But this is
my favorite place. When our car entered the city I thought the city like other hill stations.But when we saw the Lake in the middle of the town there was a story of ’Love at first sight’.I just fell in love with this hill stations.
Nainital is a very clean town. The water of the lake is very clean.There are so many boats to travel through the lake. When you will notice the rain on the lake--you feel as you are in heaven. We went there in full season. There were so many travellers on that place.
The mall of this town is also very nice.The mall consists of a Cinema Hall and a stadium.The temple of Naini Devi also stays there.The ’’Sandhya Arati’’ at this temple at the time of sunset is quite pleasant to watch. Temperature is very pleasant during the summer days.
There was a pick point on the adjacent higher hill to view the town from considerable distance.You have to take Ropeway(Adventurous journey) to go at that distance.I am sure you’ll love the view.The pop corn perlours of the road side are also a nice experience.
Geographical situation:-
Nainital is in the Uttaranchal state of india.You have to reach the Lalkuah Station to take Taxi, Trekkers or Bus to go Nainital. From Delhi a Direct bus service is available.

There are so many hotels surrounding the Lake.Lodging and fooding is very costly for any middle class family.

Bhimtal, Saat Tal, Naukunchia Tal , Ranikhet, Kausani, Almora etc etc.Each lakes are very beautiful.
