For people interested in trekking Naina Peak, Tiffin top and Snow View are great places to visit. These places are not only great for trekking but, also provide amazing breath-taking and panoramic view. You can also go to Snow view by cable car.
For wildlife lovers, Pt. G.B.Pant Zoo is a must visit spot. The Zoo is one of the high-altitude zoo in north India. It is spread across an area of 11 acres. It has various animal’s species like the Royal Tiger. Himalayan Bear leopard etc and a vast number of high altitude birds as well.
Cave Gardens are an interconnected network of caves connected through narrow pathways. This is a good place to visit specially the kids enjoy a lot in the cave gardens.
Hnuman Garhi temple located around 3.5km from nainital.
The Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Science situated 9km from Nainital at Manora peak is also a place where you can visit with your kids.
Nainital is also known for its candles you will find beautiful candles in different shapes, colours and sizes which you can buy for yourself or as souvenirs for your friends
