Ok, so I bought this product and have used it successfully on my belly hair, you know, the happy trail! No problems there...
So, in preparation for a date with a prospective new boyfriend that was in 1 1/2 hours, I apply - as indicated on my arms. I felt nothing in the beginning but in about 5 minutes I was in a world of pain. I jumped into the shower and frantically washed away the burning goop!
T minus 1 hour and counting...Immediatly I noticed both my arms were bright red, swollen and covered with large, painful bumps! I panicked and started crying - Yikes! As I stood staring at my chared body in the mirror, the heat radiating off of my arms could have warmed a small house. I grabbed some aloe and smeared it on the rash/bumps - that helped a little. Then I grabbed a bath towel, soaked it in cold water and wrapped it around my arms. That helped the swelling go down and it felt really good. That was only a temporary fix though.
T minus 45 minutes and counting...I get ready for my date - hair and makeup. Now it comes time for me to get dressed and to my dismay, the shirt I was going to wear revealed my damaged arms so I decide to try and cover them using makeup.
T minus 30 minutes and counting...I finally get myself presentable and practice my best fake smile as my limbs are burning like crazy!
T minus 0 minutes...He shows up, tells me I look gorgeous and the pain?...What pain!
The next day, I awake to a truly horrible sight. The area where I applied the evil lotion now looks like a battle field: red, swollen and covered - not with bumps - but with scabs! Why me!! Not to mention that the stuff did NOT remove all of the hair, Ive now been left with a few brave hairs that are all kinky , squiggly and fried! Now THATS attractive!
So, my advise? Do a spot test first before you jump in feet first - or arms first -! Better yet, suck it up and go get waxed! Good luck!
