Cant tell you how excited I was when I ordered a saree for a friend of mine to gift her as she is so fond of all kinds of sarees. I found this product to be very alluring and thought that she’d be crazy after she sees this as I said her for her birthday I would gift her something that she would like very much. The product image shown on the website was so terrific that when I showed it to my friends they liked it too and took an opinion from my sister as well. It was a good to go signal for me from everyone. But what happened was very unexpected. First of all the payment was done online and the product was delivered very late, can say just a day before the birthday. The product was completely different from what was shown in the website. When I called them they told me its the produict that I ordered and nothing is wrong with the product. I asked for a refund to which they said was not possible, so they picked up the product for an exchange. Neither the product was exchanged, then I made my mind to cancel the order and ask for a full refund, after being in queue for more than 4 months I’ve lost all hope to seeing that money ever again. Just a bunch of frauds, please dont order from them, I stronly not recommend it for anything. I was lucky that I had a day so went to store and brought a saree and it costed me double the price of what it would have been if i’d have the right product.
