I ordered some fresh fruits from Namdhari on 14/7/20. I was allotted a slot 1400 -1600 hours on the same day. But failed to deliver on that day. I tried to call Simplinamdhari . After several attempts somebody answered said manager of the Fraser Town stores promised to deliver on 15/7/20. Did not get the ordered items. Again in the evening I called after several attempts a person told me because of lockdown store is closed next day early morning it will be delivered. Till 1100 of 16/7/20 I did not get, then I was to force to go to store, then they prepared the bill and personally I have to bring it. They collected RS 30 as delivery charges even though they did not deliver it to my home. This is how they help people to remain in the house and supply the essentials. Very sad affairs. Least bother to serve the people as promised by them.
