Story
Nanban is the remake of 3 Idiots, Another biggest expectation is, it was directed by Shankar. This movie is more than enough to fulfill expectations.
Vijay, Jeeva and Srikanth were good friends in an engineering college. After completing their degree Jeeva and Srikanth became well settled. But there was no information about Vijay. After a few years, Jeeva and Srikanth came in search of Vijay. They were going to Vijay’s hometown, they saw another guy(S J Surya) was there instead of Vijay. What happens after that is the story.
Advantages
Punch dialogues are very usual in Vijay movies. But this movie is little different. But Nanban had no punch dialogues, Vijay had taken a role as Pancavan Paariventhan, It was really wonderful. As everyone who played a role in the movie were realistic.
Srikanth came to know about Vijay. He shares the same information to Jeeva. Both are trying to find Vijay from there movie starts with complete comedy.
Ileana had played her role with the opportunity of performing. She had danced for Glamor song.
It was truly a tremendous role for the Sathyan(silencer). He had acted well in this movie. He got very good name after this movie. His speech on the stage was non stop comedy.
Coming up with the name of the virus character Sathyaraj, has shown miracles
S J Surya’s role only for few minutes, but that was the major breakthrough.
Harris Jayaraj music was excellent, songs are good, background music was awesome.
Innovations
This was first Shankar’s remake movie along with the leading actors(Vijay, Sathyaraj, Jeeva, Srikanth), This is all very new to the Tamil film industry.
Positive
The film had already been in Hindi but it perfect remake to Tamil, Shanker’s team had done a great Job. Weldon!
