Well, Bangalore is an IT hub. It might at first give a feel of concrete jungle. But upon little bit of exploration, many scenic places are found around Bangalore. On such natural beauty is Nandi Hill. Little did we anticipate that a visit to Nandi hill would be so much pleasant, fun filled and enjoyable.The road to nandi hill might seem little bit precarious if you have not driven in the hilly areas before. Long winding road on the hills lead to you to a beautiful spot on the top. There is Tipu’s summer palace, the tipu fall, garden, lake, nursery and so on.
We did not get chance to view the sunrise as we had been on afternoon and returned before the sunset. But the visit was worth it. Need to be careful with monkeys though. Lots and lots of them are there. If you have little ones, please make sure that they don’t carry the food items. or else a monkey can come and snatch the food items thus scaring the baby.
Make sure to spend few minutes on the rock near tipus fall. The wind that blows near the sunrise spot gives a divine feeling. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough for one and all.
