We have purchased a pre-owned car from U TRUST Nandi Toyota( Kanakapura road and Bommanahalli) just a month ago. We have been dealing with Showroom in charge Ghanashyam, administrator Soumya and Sales representative Suraj from Kanakapura branch. Suraj was just interested in selling car and behaved like a government officer with no empathy shown to us as customer. We believed we have paid 30 to 40 thousand extra than the market price. He forced us to complete payment within 1 week saying company policy but was not ready to accept credit card without service charge for the partial payment. After selling car he did not pick up our call or returned like before selling the car.
On our request, they promised us that the RC will be done within 20 days as we were planning to take the car out of Bangalore. However, the RC is not yet done. We called them every day to ask the status and they mentioned it is in progress. They have several reasons to tell each time. After 20 days of continuous calling, finally they told us that the first owners file is missing in the RTO. And still their reasons are not done.
My friend got car from other dealer and paid just Rs 2300 to get RC card within 2 weeks. Nandi Toyota had charged us 4500 and it is still not done.
Bommanahalli branch was trying to sell us car which had major accident. They said earlier, that they do not accept/ sell car with any accident. Later when we checked service history of one of the car, it had insurance claimed over 1.5 lakh just within 3 months. They do not have any business ethics. We believe U trust is ‘’U never TRUST’’
