Irresponsible attitude of Nandilath G Mart Staff

See the complaint I have sent to Nandilath, they are totally reluctant


This is for your kind knowledge and necessary action that we have purchased a Mixi PhilipsHL1643/06 on 22 April 2013 around 8 pm, from your showroom against an Invoice : TVM 1424. We were advised by your executive to select this model and make as we came there to purchase a small Grinder and Juice Maker, since according to the executive the same product would satisfy both the need.


We opened and checked the product only on 24 April 2013, we observed that the product was not working and too much heat was produced, immediately we informed it to your office over telephone.


As per the advice given by someone in your office, we brought the product there…


There on wards the problem begins. Against our request one of your executive informed us that they wouldn’t replace the product and gave us a slip mentioning that “Received for servicing” two times we spoke to them over phone and came to your office few times that we actually need Grinder and Juicer only, but executives attitude was totally reluctant and talking was in humiliating tone that if you want you can take the same product only and ready to give a fresh piece also.


The wonderful thing was that in front us your executive instructed another person like this “ Give a new piece, but open it and put it in the same old box” we didn’t understand what she really meant, making us a fool?


And till this time from your side no initiative has been taken to resolve this issue. We humbly request you to take adequate measures to sort out the problem and arrive at an amicable solution.


This is an intimation mail that we are forced to go ahead with Consumer Forum unless if you cannot arrive at a solution of letting us to select a product of our own choice.


Please take it as a 7 days notice, before going ahead with legal procedures

Still they are reluctant to give any reply, last week I forced to lodge a complaint against Nandilath before Consumer Forum, Trivandrum.


I am sure they are cheating people in every respect through their advertising campaigns
