Be carefull while visitng the Nando’s, it was my worst experience.
I would like to highlight that service is worst and the charges are very high for this grade of resturant.
I have visitied Nando’s Mumbai central and found follwing issues. 1) On Sunday at 9:00 PM, there was only 4-5 tables was occupied and only 1 staff was serving all the tables.
2) No manger/ Sr person was available to welcome the customer and to manage the staff.
3) Many table which was used by some other customers was not cleaned and used plate was laying on the table, We had ask staff to remove the plates.
4) Tissue paper was just laying on the tables without any holding box.
5) Someother customer had ordered the soup, and I have seen that soup was split out on the outside body of the bowl and that was not cleaned beafore serving the customer.
6) As per the staff advise I had ordered, Chick, platter( As per normal understanding, we should get various type of chicken in this) but they have server a full roasted chichken, with very small amount of rice and 4 slice of cheese bread.
7)Charges of the platter was INR 650/- and on that they have charged VAT, total was INR 730/- for a full chicken and 4 slice of cheese bread and the small bowl of pathetic rice.
I nevery suggest to anyone to visit here.
