This is a third class agency. Once you took the package you are gone.
Very rude behaviour. They provided me a car with stinky smell and full of Dust. Even difficult to start the vehicle.
Funny part is they are not even offered water also while welcoming.
And a great representative with a cigarette in hand and chewing pan with dirty white shirt and pants.
When I complained this to management he said he can’t provide me a show room piece??????.
Then coming to 3 star hotels I got stars after checking in.
Totally this is a fraud agency and they don’t know what is hospitality and the feelings of guests.
Having coming from Hyderabad after changing two flights to Jammu , if I have to travel in a dusty, stinky car I have no words to explain
