I have admitted my father in Narayana Hospital, Bangalore Branch. As per my exp doctors are good but the admin people don’t know how to manage. Also I found that billing dept is not good. in each and every found I found some discrepancies.
My father was admitted here for a surgery. He was having stone in CBD. due to this he was having jaundice and the all the enzyems levels were out of range. here the doctors did all the work in very programed way and successfully finished the operation. He was admitted here for almost 13-14 days. just I want to advice this hospital to improve the admin & billing dept.
