I got checked myself on 14.12.2013 in Executive OPD. I went at 9:30am and by the time I finish tests It was 11:45am. To get the reports I was made to wait till 3pm. To meet doctor and show report I was made to wait till 5:10pm. At 4pm all staff vanished and nobody assisted to meet doctor.
After going home I showed reports to my friend who study medical and for my surprise 3 reports out of 8 were missing. I was disheartened badly because the staff attention towards the person who has paid bloody 8000rs for those tests. Very shameful. I called the staff for reports and asked them to email but they declined and said that I have to go personally to collect them. And NH is 32km away from my home.
I sh*t on the staff and their mentality.
