Pathetic....A friend of mine traveled from Jharkhand for his father’s check-up. But, the staff and doctors are very negligent. They do not care where you have come from and how serious the patient is. My friend goes to the hospital daily to see the doctor being referred, its 3rd consecutive day and he is waiting in the hospital from 8 am to 8 pm in vain.
Whenever asked, the doctor is in surgery room and will come later. But the later never comes. Finally the doctor leaves and the staffs are saying you can complain if you want ..but it will be like this. He is in Bangalore for almost a week and now he is taking his dad to Delhi. Obviously, people can wait only if they know how much they are going to wait.
And this is not the case with him only. Most of the patients here are waiting to see the doctor for days. I met even a by-pass operated patient in the same hospital waiting for 4 days to see the doctor. There should be some strict action against them as people travel from long distance, spending money to see the well-being of dear ones, not to waste time and money.
