I went to narayana iit pmt academy for class 9 preparation. They took fees of 63, 000 as per their 2 yrs plan i.e. 9 & 10. I regret this choice so much.
They make you study from their own textbooks and not from ncert. They make you study so much vast things that you won't be able to cope with your existing studies in school. Teaching more than what is printed is good but teaching of higher classes is not at all good. I lost my interest in studies as I went to this institute. They treat you the same way as of a child with high IQ and care to think that you can also be a average student. Apart from this, they take tests for 3 hrs every sunday which means you have to study more than what is needed and would demotivate you so much if you are not studying according to their expectations. I really felt diverted from what was being asked in the school syllabus.
Infrastructure however was quite good. The only thing I felt worth of money was infrastructure.
The student engagement is the same everytime. Only some of them answer the questions other are not even seen as a part of class. The average students are just ignored and the topper students are always being in lime light of institute.
The fees of institute touches the sky as per the quality of their academic system. I had to pay 63000 rupees in 4 installments. Also you have to pay for the higher class fees also in one go.
If you wanna save your child's future go to other place but not narayana.
