My sister had a C-Section as my both niece are twins. We had nightmares during these period of times because of the hospital’s worst terms of Service, Low Cleanliness and very good at billing money from the patient family. The child specialist whom we selected for the delivery operation was absent on the day, for that she sent her subordinate for the operation with a note that she got busy with another work. But the hospital charged with the same amount as that of the senior doctor. The rate of the junior doctors are quite less as compared to the senior to whom we selected for the operation. The hospital management updated us that they gonna adjust it from the bed charges, but ultimately they charges exactly the same amount without any discount. When we called the doctor and asked her to speak with the Hospital Authority which she rejected upfront.
The Cleanliness and Family visiting Timings are also very worst and irritating, you can not visit the patient before the patient timings, no matter what is the heath condition of the patient not even the family. They count the money first, then entertain all your queries. They don’t even care weather the person is alive or dead. I would never recommend anyone to visit these hospitals as they are just making money by charging high to their customers/patients and nothing else. There is a way of getting more out of them, which is by throwing in more money and they will entertain every request of yours.
