I was at Vengurla, Maharashtra last week with Family and Narmada Cashews is My Favourite Place to buy Fine Quality Drum Roasted Cashews. Its situated on the Main Road itself on way to Vengurla. Its where the Owners Reside and its where their Retail Shop is as well. You are Warmly welcomed by The Family and they have many Varieties of Salted, Plain, Unpeeled and Masala Cashews. My Personal Favourite is the Salted Variety which is Crunchy, Tasty and quite decent in size. A 200 gram packet will cost You INR 180, quite Reasonable considering the Top Quality. I also buy their Mango Jam which is Pure Alphonso Jam and Not Synthetic. The Cashew laddoo is a Must Try alongwith the kurmura laddoo. Try their fresh Kokum sarbat Concentrate and Mango Pulp. The Aamba poli and Fanas Poli is very Good as well. And while I Shop for Special Konkan Goodies to get them back home in Mumbai...there’’’’s always the Warmth of the People who give you the best of Service. A must visit if you are in Vengurla and want the Best of Konkan.
