They’r cheating customers by giving free service-coupons which cannot be used because company is not providing any after-sales service.I had bought their Minjet RO system 7 months ago.On 27-05-13, I requested servicing of RO, vide Complaint No.3877. 3-4 days later someone asked me to pick him up for service from a place 11-12 Kms.When I expressed my inability to do so, he simply refused to visit my place !
I complained to the company through email, but these insensitive people have not even bothered to reply ! Even a good product is useless without service- backup ! My RO ’s pre filer was choked & leaking which I had to get repaired from a local person!
