Worst Experience of mine with NASAKA Natura model

I am from Salem, Tamil Nadu. Bought this product on 10/08/2013 from salem dealer which I received from the Nasaka Marketing head. I just visited the dealer and seen Natura product. Since he doesn’t have 12 minjet plus I have to settle down to natura which I can receive on the same day. Once had a look at the demo model in the dealer place I have said ok to buy the model and made an advance payment.


I have asked the person to come after 7:30pm by giving a call. But the person came without calling me and unfortunately myself and my father who reviewed the demo model was not at home (that’s the reason I asked him to give me a call for confirmation).


They came for the installation when my mother was alone was in home, since she is not keen of mfg. date and m.r.p there were not a way for her to review and this has been a chance were the person started installing it. When we both turned up it’s in the final stage of installation. So I’ve to hurry up in making payment since he urge to leave. But after all are done I started reviewing the carton box for M.R.P and MFG. Date to my surprise there is no M.R.P and MFG. Date is of 2011.


I have turned the machine off and called the dealer to convey this. He asked us to use anyway between he will check for the MFG. Date but I am not convinced of using it so let him know that let it be off, please change the product with new one (with latest mfg. date and let the M.R.P be printed in the carton box).


But he called me on next day and said it is of 2012 mfg product but carton box got exchanged. I have told that let it be I need 2013 made product and asked him why he has opened the product, because there is no way to get it assured of the product is of original since RO is all about filters which can be replaced easily.


But he said he can’t so if you want you can talk to company for further proceedings stating that it is used (usage is 1 hour time it took for me to find the mfg. date - I checked the warranty book and the carton box but they printed it at bottom which means company wants the customer to turn the product upside down to view a mandatory customer information). When I called the company marketing person who gave me the dealer number he too arguing that product comes with 3 years warranty so nothing to worry about it and for price he says he can ask the dealer to show me another carton box of same model which has M.R.P and even he can share the price list but this makes me to think of the monopoly of the brand in pricing because in their website price was not quoted so I have to consider it as correct and genuine for whatever the price they said.


But still I said I need fresh newly mfg. product. He said he can’t replace it, so I have escalated it to the management. It’s been 13 days from the date of purchased I haven’t used the product and spoke to around 5 different person with each one giving me different responses, e.g. Company marketing person Mr. Baskar was the person who called me on Monday (19/08/13) asking me to explain the problem which I did for 5th time even though I have mailed them with detailed description.


I told him that I need replacement and I am not ready to use the one which I received. On Tuesday he called me and said he will provide me the replacement and I have to pay the difference amount since dealer has given the product for older price without margin(Rs.13000/- got this while bargain with the dealer against initial offer of Rs.13500/-) so I said let me pay the difference amount but provide me 12 minjet plus because anyhow I have to pay the amount I will pay for this and get.


He agreed and called me after few minutes stating that he spoke to dealer for the process and you can expect it by Saturday since I asked him to provide it on the day when I will be in city. But on Thursday he called me said we won’t provide replacement.


This how my 13 days went like, spent more than 2 days of my time in this issue by speaking with 5 company person’s explaining my problem and forwarded the mail to each and everyone I spoke, yet to get a ticket number or response in mail.
