I wanted to get a customized Computer table cum shelf for my house. This place is near to my house so I went here for estimate.
They have good amount of furniture designs. They helped me with designing and modifying the concept of shelf into a sustainable product.
I chose ply and they estimated the delivery in 3 weeks.
However the final product was what I wanted but that’s not where it ends. They delivered it in 5 weeks, after hammering them for a week, almost everyday.
They used cheap quality hinges, no good polish to wood. Also the ply which I asked to use was of 18 mm thickness and they used it only on surface where it is visible.
Otherwise 12 mm ply is used.
After 6 months of use sliding wheel broke and sliding bars also bent.
Don’t ever get fooled by them if you want to get customized furniture.
