When you go in you will see FIXED PRICE board - which may also give you a feel that being a Govt Shop you cannot bargain. Very sweet talkers - They tell you that they will show you whatever you want - No Obligation - Need not buy - but then they start their soft persuasion techniques and sell you stuff at not double the price but in some cases at 4x.
