Hello friends, I am the 4th year student in national institute of technology, Calicut
Over all if you see then it is good college.
Infrastructure is not good if expecting your dream college then you won’t get it but greenery is too much there is lot of coconut and mangoes trees is here.
In case of education then here getting mark is very tough teachers is very formal they won’t give any bonus marks and marking system is like 0.125 this type you will get and of your cgpa is 6.5 then if you want convert it to percentage then it will 60% only
About placement last year average placement was 60% and computer science student get 100% placed and mca also 100% placed Ec branch of nitc is excellent . Mechanical engineering is not good as you expect production engineering is not good only 40% placement other branches is just average.
Overall it is good college if you maintain 8 pointer then you will get placed.
