Hi friends, I am useing this company insurance last year and that time my bike accident and I submit my bike in service center for repair. After repair that I claim for insurence but insurance company take 3 months time for settlement and after than they gives me only ₹ 3700 But I was spent ₹ 8000 for bike repair. So friends they give me only 3700 instead of 8000 which is incorrect and after that I stopped taking their services due to poor service of company and I am very disappointed. This company customer service is very slow and poor even settlement amount is too low compare to private insurance company. This company staff behaviour is good but what can we do for all when they not gives us proper claim.
