I got my 4 wheeler insurance re-newed from george automobile, thane in Nov 2015. Namrata from george automobile, Thane branch was coordinating with me for the insurance. Below are the issues I faced with them.

upon multiple discussion, she had confirmed that the date of new policy will starting after the expiry of the previous one. But same was not the case and she put in the date on which she gave me policy. Its been 6 mnths I am following up for update and she is got no shame to revert back to me. Also I talked to his manager(Vasudev Jadhav - shameless fellow) who flatly denied of not making the changes in-spite of their mistake.
I will never recommending National Insurance to anyone due to their poor customer service.
