National Insurance provides poor Service

Dear friends I want to share my experiences about the services of National Insurance Company. The Company is mainly provides the Vehicle insurance. They works only Monday to Friday. The Services of the Company is very poor they dont give any response of any query in case of theft or accident which I had really faced. The staff attitude is not good. My alto car No CH01k2221 insured with the with National Insurance met with an accident on saturday neither customer care nor agent of the company attend my call.


I took my vehicle in the garage autopace situated at Phase 7, Mohali where I come to know that Company has not any tieup for cashless insurance. The agency has made the estimate of Rs 32000/- but surveyor of the company deducted the maximum and claim settled only for Rs 14985/- I had given all the documents like policy, cancel cheque, Bills and copy of FIR but they paid the settled amount after 2 months.


The premium of the company is high as compare to other companies and cashless tie up facilities is not available. if you want to check service of the company the go to any branch and ask for third Party insurance. They dont entertain you. They do not provide Certificate for No Claim Bonus. The branches of the company are less. They provides only vehicle, health and  few plans without any cashless  facilities.
