National NN-C781JF Oven has a Four Way cooking (Microwave/grill/convection/combination)
After great amount of deliberation I chose this Oven purely on National?s reputation and following features of this Microwave Oven which were extremely convincing:
1. Inverter Technology ? I believe this allows constant soft penetration of microwave energy preventing the common problem of shrinkage, overcooking and loss of nutrients and thus, preserving the full flavor and texture of your food compared to the Conventional Microwave System. Also, helps delicate foods to simmer without overcooking the edges and surface, a common problem with Conventional Microwaves.
2. This model has both Auto Defrost as well as the Inverter Turbo Defrost feature. But the Inverter Turbo Defrost feature allows you to defrost in half the time that the Auto Defrost Feature plus defrosts thoroughly.
Stainless Steel Wide Oven Cavity ? very spacious interior which is Stainless Steel. 28 Litres Oven Capacity.
Drop Down Door ? the advantage of this compared to the side opening is:
Space saving
Incase the dish is very hot and you are unable to hold it ? you can rest
the dish on the drop down door.
On using National Microwave I find that the features mentioned above are absolutely true and not just claims made by National.

I had taken a demo of the Samsung, LG and IFB.
The browning in this microwave oven is far superior to most of the other brands that I had seen prior to buying this one.
Allows you to cook two dishes simultaneously as the oven cavity is very spacious and by using the oven rack you can place two dishes.
I have been using this Microwave for one yehar absolutely trouble free and enjoy the cooking technology that it offers.
