I traveled from Madurai to Chennai on 14-04-13 which departed at 9.30 Pm in National Travels. They made passengers to sit on the floor of the bus. The bus was very crowded.
Even the lady passengers could not move inside the bus as there were several other passengers travel by sitting on the floor. The driver was very arrogant. Totally they are rogues.
I never even dream of the horrible day. The agent does not give any receipt for the payment. They charged me 1600 Rs for 2 tickets.
