I had a horrible experience with this Shitty travel service. I have started from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 21st Nov. I boarded A/C sleeper at Hebbal at 10.30 and I was promised by the crew to reach Hyderabad by 7.00 Am in the morning. I just completed my shift and I preferred this to have a good sleep as it is a sleeper service. The moment I entered the bus realized I have made a wrong choice. The interiors were so bad and it reminded me the Govt Hospital General ward. Trust me, it smelt so bad. As I had no choice I continued my journey.
Some time later I realized the A/C was not working and its suffocating inside. I called up the crew and asked him to switch on the a/c and he said he would do it in a min. I have waited for some time more and found it isn’t working still. I called him up again and asked I was told that the A/C wasn’t working and he assured me that he would get it done the moment we stop for dinner.
we stopped near a small dhaba and the crew pretended that they are trying to get it fixed and with in no time they confirmed that A/C will not work and they have a problem with the compressor. I don’t why the dick heads didn’t verify before they start the journey.
Here is the biggest twist.
We started the journey again after the dinner break while I was struggling with the heat inside. Suddenly we were stopped by the RTO 100kms away from Bangalore and it was 1.00 AM already(Imagine we just traveled 100 kms only in 2.30 hrs ). During the verification, RTO observed these Travels didn’t pay the tax for a month and demanded the travel guys to pay it immediately else they would seize the bus. The crew started calling the supervisor and the owner & no one has picked up the call. We were stuck up there until 3.45 AM. By the time all the buses to Hyderabad have left and the Buses from Hyderabad to Bangalore are passing by. We requested the RTO to leave the bus as there are women and children passengers but they refused as this isn’t the first time they caught hold of this travels service.
Neither the travels has arranged us an alternate bus and nor the RTO left us. We were hanging on the highway until 4.30. I grew impatient and got a bus to Bangalore got down at the Airport and reached Hyderabad by air and It was 9.30 AM then.
It is the worst journey I ever had in my life and I think I deserve it preferring a third lass travels service. I request people not to travel rather than choosing this service. This is just a piece of S***.
I can’t even rate a single star this is worst travels I have ever traveled.
