I have booked the travel from Chennai to Madurai.
Timing of the bus is 9.55 but bus arrived only at 11.00
We were told to come near shop by driver, but bus was stopped some where near petrol bunk and again we were asked to go to shop. There is no proper response and we boarded the bus in running because bus was stopped in center of the road. Our luggage were thrown under space because bus was on run. It was worst service ever experienced in my life. When qurired with driver, he ask to keep ur luggage in ur seat and I will assure you on luggage breakage. Finally I arrived Madurai at 9 and no one to open luggage cabin. I myself lifted all luggage in top and taken mine.... please don’t choose National Travel chennai
