National Zoological Park or Delhi Zoo has always been a good hangout spot for friends and families. It houses over 100 species and over a thousand animals and birds brought from across continents. Popularly called ChiriyaGhar. It opens from 9-5 all days except Friday. The fees is 40INR for adults. It is spread over 176-acre and a good place to see plants too. A day in Delhi Zoo would be great. Travel at a time when the weather is cloudy. The harsh sun is the biggest evil in Zoo. Don’t take the ride if you want to discover it completely and with much time. You can also enjoy boating here. The Purana Qila is attached to it.
