We had 2 case managers. Both didn’t prioritise our calls and give excuses to the delay on the process. There is no one who watches over them despite several complaints. They lure you into taking their services telling you that PNP etc requires real time filling of seats. Nothing such is happening. Save your money. It’s just 2-3 forms they have to fill, for which they take all information from us only. Anyone can fill those forms with little research. Hence it is a silly waste of money.
