Though I am not a regular customer of this salon once I went for haircut .
They showed me a catalog of different hairstyle I selected one and told them to make slight changes from the one from catalog.I told them to short my hair with 2mm cap on with trimmer but he did it with 1mm I asked what did you just done I said you to trimm with 2mm cap you did with 1mm he began to argue with me that I told him to do it with 1mm cap.
Later I called the management who supported him( Barbar) they didn’t even apogise for what they did and argued with me instead.
Being a reputed salon the management could have done better
