The service staff are poorly trained (though they are sweet and well mannered). The products are pre-packaged and provided for every treatment and hence many times when it falls short, your treatment is compromised. Though they charge like any top parlor of the country the quality is very unpredictable and substandard. You could go there for routine stuff like waxing and eyebrows but do stay away in case of serious stuff like haircut, color, facial, hair treatments etc. Its not a parlor its an assembly line in a factory. Fixed raw materials, fixed time for each service and under trained staff.
