Naturals is supposed to be "India’s No 1 Beauty Salon" but it is actually one of the worst salons who charge a fortune but their service is pathetic. Had visited this so called No 1 Beauty Salon for a haircut and my hair is in really bad shape after the haircut. The hair Stylists are actually brainless and they cut the hair because they have to. They do not understand that people spend money in the salons to look better and not to look worse. Their haircut will leave you looking worse than you were previous to the haircut.
Other salons charge almost half the amount charged by Naturals and they can give you a much better haircut. So please beware of Naturals. Only fools who want to waste their money can opt for this salon.
Also they are rude towards the Naturals Gift Vouchers redeemed from Hdfc credit card points. They are least interested to redeem those coupons.(FYI - They do not redeem those vouchers on Weekends although no such condition is mentioned in the Voucher itself).
I really dont understand why they have kept their Gift Voucher in Hdfc credit card redemption Options if they are not interested to redeem those. I would like to advice HDFC to remove Naturals from their Credit Card Redemption Options
