We visited Nature Nirvana along with our friends - in total 4 adults + 2 kids aged 6 months and 15 months. Our experience was, putting it mildly, not the kind you would want to see repeated. We were put up in rooms numbered 1 and 2 which were next to the kitchen. There was a cat who had just given birth to a litter of kittens, which were perennially perched inside the kitchen, the drawing room and our rooms! Those cats were all over the kitchen, the storage area where the towels, blankets and bed sheets were kept. It’s a no brainer that having a cat and a litter of kittens inside the
kitchen is extremely unhygienic and dangerous especially with infants.There were at least two instances when we had to ask the attendant to replace the sugar bowls as the ones handed over to us were teeming with ants and other miscellaneous natural organisms. The milk/tea/coffee flasks were antiquated and dirty at the edges and you had to divert yourgaze before the same could be used.
We had to ask before the rooms got cleaned, the towels replaced and bed sheets changed. Patently, this is NOT a place that deserves to be so steeply priced. We paid 4K per night per couple, which is what I pay when we stay in some Taj property that’s in as god forsaken place as Nature Nirvana. However, there is no match for the quality of service that’s provided and the general hygiene that exists there.We do not intend to stay in a room like the room # 1 where we were put up after paying 4K as the tariff!
The place and the website is a sham and people are being deceived, because what they offer is clearly not what you promise to.The attendants by themselves were helpful and put in their best efforts to make our stay comfortable, which was probably the only silver lining in the whole stay.
