Ive always been disappointed with the delivery service I received from Godrej natures basket, but I chugged along because I dont have the time or bandwidth to go to the market and its just easier to get it delivered.
There have always been delays and shortfalls because of non availability of products, and thus far I have been quiet, but this time was the worst ever! I placed two orders one after another at 7 am yesterday for a 8 to 10 am delivery on the same day and the system accepted my order, then not a peep from them all day. When I got home from work at night I realized the order wasnt delivered all day. I called and was told some stuff in my order was unavailable so they would send it today.
When they didnt send it until lunch time I began calling and following up. Finally they sent the order at 7.30 today and I find that some of the stuff Ive ordered is out of stock, theyve missed more than half the things in my order because of God knows what reason and my second order I had placed is no where in site. Ive called thrice after my partial order was delivered. I still dont know when am I going to get the stuff that was missed or my second order!
This whole process has stressed me out beyond my level of tolerance! GNB if youre reading this, Id like to say, if you cant get the job done, dont be on this business, but dont harass and stress your customers out to a limit where they get disgusted by your inefficiencies! Also the customer service always promises to call and never calls back! If I could give negative stars, I would, and it would be the first time in my life Id be doing that!
