I have ordered from naturesbasket.in couple of times before. Both the times full order was not delivered. This time time they charged me 70 rs as delivery charges despite shipping was free as mentioned while placing order.
I have send them mail regarding the same, but no reply for last 2 days. Clearly avoid. They dont seem to have any policy in place.not expected from godrej.
